Meet The Chef
I fell in love with culinary arts in 2004 as a dishwasher. The pastry chef pulled me to help her and I got to see first hand that food could be more than just food. The deliberate placement, colors, textures, and cooking techniques to make a complete dish. I was hooked. I worked my way through the ranks at every kitchen I was in and never looked back. I've been lucky enough to work under some amazing chefs such as Jason Berthold, who really helped me hone my craft. I currently work with Chef Raunaq Savur as his sous chef creating some of the best dishes I've ever made in my career. I hope you follow me and continue to follow my growth.
