I've been cooking since 2004. Culinary arts have taken over my life for years. Long hours in a hot kitchen, burns down my arm, people yelling and throwing things. Absolutely beautiful chaos. This site is is constructive way for me to share stories and recipes, interview fellow people in the field, and talk about trends and culinary history.
